Pick Up & Refund Policy
Pick Up Policy
All orders must be picked up at pre-arranged site- either at the farm or at our Hoover pick up location. If you need to change your pick up location or date/time, please contact us directly at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pick up date/time.
Return Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and go towards the total balance of your purchase. However, as nature is sometimes unpredictable, if we experience an unexpected death of our chicken or turkey which leaves us unable to fulfill your order as planned, we will contact you immediately. In this case, your deposit will transfer to a future order.
